I’m Jessica Christianson, an Associate Broker with eXp Realty, and I’ve been helping home buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay area since 2016. Having called this community home since 1984, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for what makes each neighborhood unique and what it takes to navigate our local real estate market with confidence.

What matters most to me isn’t simply helping someone buy or sell a house. It’s helping them make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make.

I believe the best decisions are informed decisions. That’s why I take the time to explain the process, answer questions honestly, and help my clients understand not only what’s happening, but why it matters. From pricing strategy and negotiations to inspections, insurance, financing, contracts, and the many details that can affect a transaction, my role is to provide clarity so you can move forward with confidence.
