"Zillow introduced Jessica to us. I am typically very suspect of online services recommending agents, but I was eager to learn about the property so I decided to hear her out. I am an executive, and thrive on getting a high signal/noise ratio from my advisors -- in other words, give me data, and give correct. With a minute or two, I realized that Jessica was very different from ANY agent I have worked with in the past. She KNOWS data, properties, deals going around.. She has MANY super powers - one of the more interesting ones is the she could pass as a contractor with her knowledge of everything from plumbing to electrical to roofing to windows. A typical agent lacks knowledge, and is focussed on saying whatever it takes to close the sale (buying or selling) - Jessica focusses on giving information, advice (when asked) so that the customer feels confident to make a decision, either way.
